The “In Between” fartlek is a very effective running session that is one of my favourites. It might not be a “killer” running session that is going push us you to your limits. But could make all the difference to your training.  The uninspiring description doesn’t do justice to the important role it has played in my training as a former elite athlete and now for the athletes I coach.
